Lease & Renewal
The fee includes:
- the bench/chair
- the first plaque
- 10 year lease in grounds
- security fixings and regular maintenance
- option to renew at lease end
If you purchase a bench and wish to add another plaque at a later date, you will need to pay for:
- the additional plaque
- the rights to have a further dedication on the bench, unless added within the first year of the lease
If you decide not to renew the lease you may take the bench away if you wish, once you have advised the office.
