Hornchurch Cemetery

Hornchurch Cemetery was opened in 1932. Burial space is limited as there are no new graves available, however, you can purchase a cremated remains plot. If you already own a grave and wish to have a burial, please let us know. There is no chapel at Hornchurch, although you could use one of our chapels on another site if you wish.

Hornchurch Cemetery is home to the War Graves Memorial dedicated to the members of our armed forces who lost their lives in World War II.

Please note that dogs are not allowed in our cemeteries unless an assistance dog
